It's not how you fall, it's how you get back up.

British TV celeb Gemma Collins was presenting an award at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards earlier on Sunday -- when she took a nasty tumble down a hole on stage.

Collins was mid-way through her announcement when a trap door in the stage opened up beside her to bring the winners up. She failed to notice the door and took a swift tumble down.

Here's the moment it happened:

And the same moment, from a different perspective:

Thankfully, Collins escaped unscathed, and jumped straight back on her feet after the fall, telling the crowd "Oh my God, I am so sorry...this is live, this is what happens."

She also promptly won the internet with the perfect Instagram response:

She also tweeted to say this was a "Bridget Jones" moment for her, and posted a triumphant picture with Rita Ora, saying it was "all worth it."

People quickly posted online in response, with many identifying with Collins' misfortune:

The TOWIE star was on stage presenting the Best TV Show award to Love Island's Jamie Jewitt, Amber Davie and Marcel Somerville.

We're glad she escaped from the accident unscathed!
