Geode lips as an Instagram beauty trend are too dazzling to behold
Make up imitates the natural world.
New York City based make up artist Johannah Adams is known for her stunningly artistic lip creations on Instagram, and her dazzling geode-inspired lips are no exception.
Her gorgeous pink and purple crystal lips were created using a combination of "heavy glitter, a colour base, and a thick clear gloss," according to Buzzfeed.

"It’s a process of mixing and layering that develops the crystal look," said Adams. Each look took an hour to make.
Even though this look is a bit laborious for a casual dinner-date, it's downright mesmerizing.
