George and Amal Clooney welcome twins with very normal names
George and Amal Clooney are now the proud parents of two babies that they seem to want to grow up to be well-adjusted.
The new parents selected the names Ella and Alexander for the twins -- two perfectly lovely names for a couple of kids who will probably have perfectly lovely lives. Given their pedigree, they'll probably be intelligent, gracious, and very good looking. How nice!

As we await the children's middle names, there's still a chance that a couple of repurposed nouns will end up on their birth certificates, as is the celebrity custom. Never forget Zooey Deschanel's daughter, Elsie Otter.
