George Lucas eats noodles in Australia like a regular guy

The smoke has disappeared and the mirrors have shattered. George Lucas has been spotted eating noodles in an Australian food court like he isn't even God. 

It is finally proof that George Lucas is just one of us.

On Wednesday, the legendary Star Wars creator was spotted chilling around Adelaide, Australia, reading the newspaper, eating in a food court and drinking Diet Coke. 

It's like discovering Darth Vader is your father and the galaxy isn't far far away -- it is actually just down the road and Santa Claus isn't real. All in one terrifying, life-changing moment. 

The force is awake and it is hard to swallow. 

Lucas is in Australia with his wife, the high-profile investment fund manager Mellody Hobson, who is also real. She is speaking at a conference for the Australian Institute of Superannuation Fund Trustees. Hobson, who runs Ariel Investments group and holds lead positions at DreamWorks Animation, Starbucks and Estee Lauder, opened an office in Sydney last year.

While she is busy with work, Lucas has been spotted greeting fans and destroying our fantasies.  "Your eyes can deceive you. Don’t trust them." - Obi-Wan Kenobi.
