If you were hoping to start the new year free of the dramatic machinations of ousted former Congressman George Santos, dream on.

The Republican was kicked out of Congress last week and faces 23 felony charges and 22 years in federal prison. But a true grifter is always on the make, and Santos is already scheming up new ways to make money after losing his $174,000 House salary.

Just before his expulsion, Santos told reporters that he would consider a turn on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars and would "definitely be writing a book." Deadline has since reported that a movie about his life was also in the works.

But those opportunities are, at best, months away. In the past 48 hours, Santos has found a more immediate solution for his monetary woes by opening up an account on Cameo, where anyone can pay him to make a short customized video.

Santos has linked his Cameo account on his X / Twitter profile. The account attempts to spin Santos' transgressions into infamy, calling him "The Expelled member of Congress from New York City" and a "former congressional 'Icon'!💅🏼"

Earlier this morning, Santos was offering sixty videos for $150 each. As of publishing, the price has risen to $200 per video and 175 are available. You can also send him a message for $10.

Santos has already delivered a handful of customized videos, which are available to view on the profile.

In one video he congratulates someone named Paige on their promotion. "You know, it doesn't matter if you either get fired from a job or if you find a new job," he says. "What matters is what you make of it." He ends his message, "Live, life, laugh, and let the haters hate because they're always gonna hate."

In another, he tells someone named Megan to "screw the haters." He wastes no time pulling from personal experience. "Look, they can boot me out of Congress," he says, "but they can't take away my good humor or my larger-than-life personality nor... the absolute pride I have for everything I've done." He urges Megan to "Stand your ground and don't let them force you out, don't let them bully you."

It turns out that Megan is Senator Megan Hunt of Nebraska. The gift, she said in a post on X, was a gag from a friend.

"To be clear, George Santos is a transphobic fool who has defrauded and harmed people, who says what he has to say to get attention and probably doesn’t actually hold any personal moral convictions," she followed up in a post. Still, "I also agree with the advice in this video."
