Lyft is offering free rides in the Ghostbusters' Ecto-1 this weekend
It's a Cadillac!
Which should be reason enough to call up a free ride in an Ecto-1 from Lyft in a handful of U.S. cities this Friday and Saturday.
But if you're not as loyal to General Motors' wreath-and-laurel luxury brand as a certain Ghostbuster played by Leslie Jones, consider: These Caddy hearses are true, full-blown Ecto-1s -- some replicas, some originals from the new film -- and are loaded with Hi-C Ecto Coolers and Ghostbusters-themed Twinkies.

(Oh, and that pink mustache in the windshield is always a touch of class.)
Riders in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston and Washington, D.C., will have the option to toggle the Lyft app to "Ghost Mode" to ... conjure up ... one of the free Lyft rides. (See what I did there? "Conjure up?")
Anyway. In the words of Peter Venkman -- I love this plan! I'm excited to be a part of it! LET'S DO IT!
