Mets fan moated by Giancarlo Stanton homer moments after heckling Marlins star

Sports highlights don't get any funnier than this, folks. 

A baseball fan, presumably supporting the hometown New York Mets, was promptly put in his place by Giancarlo Stanton on Thursday night in hilarious fashion. 

Act I of our mini-drama features the unidentified fan with primo seats bellowing "OVERRATED!" as Stanton stands at the plate.

Act II, taking place a split-second later, features the Marlins star blasting a home run.

Just watch. 

Now that's what we call getting "moated," as the kids used to say. Classic. 

The Mets got the last laugh, however, with a 4-2 win Thursday night.
