If the pan of gelatin forms a sticky "skin" on the bottom, don't be afraid to wiggle a rubber spatula on the bottom of the pan to loosen the goods before you punch out shapes with cookie cutters. Don't forget to shower the shamrocks with edible golden glitter just before serving.
