The Golden Globes this year were sick.

So sick in fact, that co-hosts Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg decided to give out "$50,000 worth" of FREE FLU SHOTS to attendees in place of something far more enjoyable like delivery pizza.

In the unexpected bit, "trained nurses" emerged from the stage to LMFAO's good old club banger "Shots" and made their way through the audience of nervous celebs with needles in hand.

Samberg assured folks this is what they came for, pointing out all the sleeveless dresses in the room, and gave any anti-vaxxers in the room — who were probably seconds away from standing up and walking out — a generous head's up.

"If you’re an anti-vaxxer jut put a napkin over your head and we’ll skip you," Samberg joked, much to the delight (and confusion) of viewers at home.

Keep the bits comin', folks.
