Those freaking fungi are everywhere.

Someone at Google is a big The Last of Us fan — Google Search now has a cool little Easter egg that celebrates HBO's acclaimed series adaptation of the video game franchise.

To check it out, open Google, search for "The Last of Us," and wait just half a second or so for the red mushroom to appear at the bottom of the search results page. Click it and see what happens.

Multiple clicks only make things worse, though you can clear the whole thing up by clicking the red "x" button at the bottom.

Meanwhile, the second episode of the show is out, everyone is raving about it, and we have answers for your likely questions about the show — but do beware of spoilers.
