Google pays homage to an architectural genius with its latest doodle

It's been one year since she passed away.

Google often pays tribute to remarkable people of history with a special doodle on its homepage.

Today, Google has honored the ground breaking architect Zaha Hadid -- who passed away one year ago -- with this doodle.
