We're just days away from the much-anticipated Royal Wedding, so naturally, Lifetime's not-nearly-as-anticipated TV movie detailing the blossoming romance between Prince Harry and Megan Markle has landed.

Premiering on May 13 and generating immediate, dramatic reactions on Twitter, Harry and Meghan: A Royal Romance is an 85-minute sashay through the pair's early love life, starring Parisa Fitz-Henley (Jessica Jones) and Murray Fraser (Victoria).

Look, we know you all didn't mean to watch the film. You were never going to watch the film. It just happened.

Viewers live-tweeted their reactions throughout the film, praising Fitz-Henley's portrayal of Markle:

The film pulled some of the script direct from Markle's press quotes, including this humdinger:

Not sure whether the Prince ever said something like this though:

There was a lot of enthusiasm for the couple's opulent second date to Botswana:

Folks punched the air during the scenes depicting the Prince's 2016 decision to issue a statement against the British press for incorporating "racial overtones" into coverage of his relationship with Markle, and that she had been "subject to a wave of abuse and harassment."

Some found the big heartwrencher moments in the film genuinely emotional:

Most of the Twitter outrage was directed to the film's representation of William and Kate, who were pinned as "robotic" and "cold."

The film even included a Buckingham Palace Christmas banquet scene depicting the Dec. 2017 moment when Princess Michael of Kent sat near the couple wearing a preeeetty racist blackamoor brooch, a move that caused uproar on social media at the time and for which the princess later apologised.

Look, you'll get to watch the real royal couple get hitched IRL on May 19. Until then, you could always chase this film with Lifetime's William and Kate.
