5 very real and serious differences between the 'Harry Potter' books and films

With seven books of written material and just under 20 hours of film, the Harry Potter franchise is chock-full of information.

To put it simply, there's no way the filmmakers could have possibly included everything from the books in the movies. But still, some of the differences between the two make us scratch our heads.
