Hillary Clinton may not be president, but that's not stopping her from sharing her thoughts with the world in a powerful way.

On Wednesday, Clinton fans had good reason to rejoice after Simon & Schuster announced that the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate is working on a book to be released this fall.

Though the book is currently untitled, Clinton will reportedly be compiling a collection of personal essays inspired by her favorite quotes, which will touch on the historic campaign and her loss to Donald Trump.

*heavy breathing*

In a press release, Simon & Schuster explained that Clinton's essays are inspired by hundreds of quotations she has been collecting for decades, which she refers to as, "the words I live by."

“These quotes have helped me celebrate the good times, laugh at the absurd times, persevere during the hard times and deepen my appreciation of all life has to offer," she said. She plans to use them to tell stories from her life both pre- and post-election and offer readers a unique and intimately vantage point.

With the chaos that has unfolded during Trump's first week in office, the world is definitely in need of some inspirational quotes. "I hope by sharing these words and my thoughts about them, the essays will be meaningful for readers," Clinton said.

*grabs tissues*

Carolyn Reidy, the president and CEO of Simon & Schuster, which published Clinton's five previous books, had nothing but praise for her.

"We first began talking about this collection of quotations in our first meeting in 1994," Reidy said, "and we are delighted that Secretary Clinton finally thinks the time is right to share the words and thoughts that nourished and enriched her, and defined the experiences of her extraordinary life.”

Simon & Schuster also announced plans to republish Clinton's best-selling book from 1996, It Takes a Village, as a full-color picture book for young readers.
