Just when you thought all the internet had to offer was depressing U.S. election coverage and Walking Dead Season 7 spoilers, this guy comes along.

Former model turned model chef, 27-year-old Franco Noriega, is a chiselled purveyor of fine foods and he's here to inspire you to eat healthy via being really, really, incredibly good looking.

Just take one part easy AF recipes, two parts distractingly hot AF kitchen hunk, a pinch of serious bulge (sorry but it's true) and blend.

With only Spanish-speaking YouTube videos under his gorgeous belt, "Franco Cooks" has amassed thousands of views.

And he's only uploaded two videos -- an acai bowl tutorial and a more recent video on how to make chia pudding.

Both are pretty easy recipes that don't require any actual cooking TBH, but we won't hold that against him. Only our bodies.

The story goes that Noriega moved from Peru to New York City in 2007, after being spotted by fashion photographer Mario Testino.

He began acting and in 2014, attended the International Culinary Centre. Since then, the 6'2 stunner has opened a Peruvian rotisserie (meets clean eating) restaurant called Baby Brasa in NYC and we have a feeling there's going to be a long, long wait to get a table there anytime soon.

While we can't personally understand a word he's saying, we're pretty sure he is the best chef to ever live? Just kidding, decorated chefs of the world! But he's definitely top 10.

We challenge anyone to try preparing a meal along with a Noriega video and not immediately murmuring "What are we even making again? Suddenly. So. Thirsty."

After all, it's not the destination -- it's the beautiful, beautiful journey.
