Remember "hot felon"? The former gangster-turned-model after a sexy mugshot of him from Stockton Police Department sent Facebook into a collective frenzy?

Thirsty men and women became so devoted to him they helped raise money to pay his legal expenses. And after serving 27 months behind bars for possessing an illegal firearm, the 32-year-old immediately set his sights on the catwalk and signed a modelling contract with White Cross Management.

But things just took a bad turn.

Meeks was reportedly deported from Heathrow airport in the UK less than eight hours after landing in the country.

He was supposed to take part in photoshoots in London for British magazine Man About Town, but Border Office guards stopped him and put him on an American Airlines flight back to New York.

“He wasn’t arrested but they deported him out of the country,” his manager Jim Jordan told the MailOnline.

“They wouldn’t let him come into the country. He is really upset. He was police-escorted onto the plane.”

Meeks said on a Snapchat video: “I’m sick of this s---. I’ve been denied. London don’t want me here having served my time. S--- is crazy.”

The Home Office doesn't routinely comment on individual cases but can refuse entry to a person who is currently the subject of a deportation order or "has been convicted of an offence for which they have been sentenced to a period of imprisonment of at least 12 months but less than 4 years, unless a period of 10 years has passed since the end of the sentence."
