You can delete your WhatsApp account in a few simple steps.

Just know doing this will delete all information related to your account, including your profile photo, participation in WhatsApp groups, and all message history.

Step 1: Open "Settings"

The "Settings" button is the tiny gear icon on bottom right corner of the screen. Once in settings, tap "Account."

Step 2: Then tap "Delete My Account"

After doing this, you have one more step.

Step 3: Enter your phone number

When you click "Delete My Account," a prompt will appear asking you to enter your phone number. Enter your number, then tap "Delete My Account" in red.

Open "Settings"
