How to remove followers on Twitter
Fed up with getting followed by some weirdo or spam account on Twitter? Because same.
What you might not know is, aside from blocking and reporting somebody, you can also remove them from being your follower — extremely helpful for cleaning out your followers list and making sure the only people on your list are people you want to be there. So creeps, bots, and clout chasers — this is your stop.
To remove a follower from Twitter, follow these steps.
Log in to your Twitter account on a computer (not the app on your phone)
Go to your profile
Click “Followers” at the top
Find the account you want to remove and click the “3 dots” icon on the far right
Click “Remove this follower” in the dropdown menu
When prompted again, click “Remove”
That account will then be removed from your followers list. Good riddance, we say!
