The USC and Cal Berkeley football teams are scheduled to meet in a Pac-12 Conference contest on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, at California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley, California. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. PT. 

USC, ranked No. 24 in The Associated Press poll, enters the matchup 6-2 overall and 4-1 in the Pac-12. Most recently, Utah defeated USC 34-32 on Oct. 21. Cal comes into the contest 3-4 overall and 1-3 in the Pac-12. On Oct. 14, Utah beat Cal 34-14. Entering Saturday, USC leads the all-time series 72-32-5 vs. Cal. 

Lincoln Riley is the USC football head coach. Justin Wilcox is the Cal Bears football head coach.
