The Louisville and Duke football teams are scheduled to meet in an Atlantic Coast Conference contest Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, at L&N Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky. The game is due to start at 3:30 p.m. ET. 

Louisville, ranked No. 18 in The Associated Press poll, enters the matchup 6-1 overall and 3-1 in the ACC. Most recently, Pittsburgh beat Louisville 38-21 on Oct. 14. No. 20-ranked Duke comes into the contest 5-2 overall and 2-1 in the ACC. On Oct. 21, Florida State defeated Duke 38-20. Entering Saturday, Louisville leads the all-time series 3-0 vs. Duke.
