The Missouri Tigers are coming into Week 5 undefeated for the first time since 2013. They've also made their way into the AP Top 25 for the first time in four years. Will they extend their record to 5-0 this weekend or will Vanderbilt pull off a huge upset?

Last year, Mizzou got the better of Vanderbilt, but the 17-14 score was far from a blowout. The Commodores are coming off a big loss against Kentucky last week and are seeking to break their losing streak. And what better way than to ruin the Tigers perfect record?

If you can't make it to Nashville for the game, here's how you can tune into the action live at home.

Kickoff time and network

Vanderbilt hosts Mizzou at home at FirstBank Stadium in Nashville at 4 p.m. ET (3 p.m. local time) on Saturday, Sept. 30. Cable subscribers can catch it on SEC Network. If you don't have cable, you can still tune in live through a cable TV alternative like YouTube TV or Sling TV — all you need is a provider login to gain access. Not all live TV streamers are created equal, though, so we rounded up the best options for you below.

Best streaming services for the Vanderbilt vs. Missouri football game

While cutting the cable cord can definitely keep more money in your pocket each month, it also cuts off your access to live sports. If you're missing live college football games, you're going to need a streaming subscription (or two) to keep up with your favorite teams.

Since the Commodores take on the Tigers on SEC Network, your only option for streaming is through a cable TV replacement service. These live-streaming services can be expensive, but they'll serve you throughout the college football season, making the investment worth it in the long run. We've rounded up our top picks for the Vanderbilt vs. Missouri matchup to help you out on game day.

Best overall: YouTube TV

YouTube TV gives you access to over 100 live TV channels, including SEC Network, in its base plan. You'll also get unlimited DVR storage to record games you can't watch live, six different household accounts, and three simultaneous streams. It's "the closest thing to a good cable-like experience without the astronomical prices and ridiculous contracts," as noted by Mashable shopping reporter Leah Stodart in our streaming roundup. Not to mention, you can sign up for a discounted rate for your first three months.

Test the waters for 20 minutes with no commitment. Then, if you like what you see, you can start a free trial which is often up to 14 days (trial period varies). Once your trial runs out, YouTube TV is offering an introductory rate of just $54.99/month for three months ($72.99/month thereafter).

Runner-up live TV streaming service: FuboTV

FuboTV is pretty similar to YouTube TV, but offers an even larger lineup of channels, particularly focused on sports. It includes SEC Network in its Pro tier, which will cost you $74.99/month. Fortunately, FuboTV also offers a free trial for seven days. That means you can watch the Vanderbilt vs. Missouri matchup for free, then cancel before your trial is up if you wish. Otherwise, you'll automatically be charged $74.99 for the month.

Most affordable live TV streaming service: Sling TV (Orange package + Sports Extra)

Sling takes a different approach to live TV streaming in which you can basically build the channel lineup that suits you. Consequently, the cost is much lower than most other live-streaming services. In order to access the Vandy vs. Mizzou game on SEC Network, you'll need to tack the Sports Extra add-on for $11/month onto a base plan — either the Orange package or Blue package, which each cost $20/month for your first month ($40/month thereafter). That brings the cost for the first month to just $31. Once your first month is up, it'll jump back up to full price at $51/month. You can choose to change your plan or cancel with no strings.

Best live TV streaming deal: Hulu + Live TV

While Hulu + Live TV doesn't offer quite as comprehensive of a channel lineup as YouTube TV or FuboTV, it's still pretty solid with over 90 live networks. Not to mention, it also includes access to the full Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ library. You'll be able to tune into the Tigers vs. Commodores matchup live on SEC Network, as well as plenty of other games during the college football season on channels like ABC, ACC Network, Big Ten Network, ESPN, ESPN 2, Fox, FS1, and more. If you sign up before Oct. 11, you can score your first three months of service for only $49.99/month instead of the usual $69.99/month. Just make sure to cancel before your three months are up if you don't want to be charged full price.
