These bizarre celebrity group photos are baffling the internet
LONDON -- It's not every day you get American film stars, circus performers and a former UK Prime Minister together for a group photo.
At some point over the weekend, though, that's exactly what happened.
The pictures below show the unlikely duo of Tony Blair and Sylvester Stallone lifting Kate Hudson, with some assistance from two Cirque du Soleil strongmen.

"Don't really know how this happened... but it did," wrote Hudson in a post on Instagram, which has since been liked around 70,000 times. "Tony Blair + Sly + two Cirque du Soleil guys = Me in a lift."
Stallone also posted his own photo of the strange scene.
The Cirque du Soleil CEO, Daniel Lamarre, shared a couple of snaps, too.
The pictures produced widespread head-scratching on social media.

According to the Evening Standard, the group was photographed at a Los Angeles party hosted by agent Michael Kives.
That doesn't make it any less odd, though.
