I don't know who needs to hear this, but these memes are good

(And also please don't run for president.)

When a meme that's both funny and genuinely helpful comes along, you don't let it go.

Twitter users know this, which is why the "I don't know who needs to hear this" meme is still going strong even though it's been used on the platform since as early as 2013.

To take part in the meme that keeps on giving, simply begin your tweet with the words "I don't know who needs to hear this but" and then drop a nugget or two of advice, like so.

The meme recently took off again on Twitter, with people using it to give others genuinely helpful and blunt suggestions about everything from relationships and self-care, to finances and more. Others, however, are clearly created just for the laughs.

Here's a selection of some of the best "I don't know who needs to hear this" memes, a few of which I'm sure will feel like personal attacks.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but congrats on making it to the end of an article.
