LONDON -- Let's face it, ice cream is pretty amazing as it is. But the days when we got excited by sprinkles and flakes are well and truly over.

Today, it's all about the cloud.

Milk Train Cafe in Covent Garden, London, has concocted a mesmerising creation for your eyes and taste buds -- the candy floss ice-cream cloud.

The cloud constructions aren't actually as complicated as they might sound. It's just an average ice-cream cone filled with soft-serve ice cream, surrounded by candy floss.

The cumulus creations are available in vanilla, matcha and hojicha flavours.

In addition to the three regular flavours, the cafe also has limited-edition flavours. Mmm.

The candy-floss clouds are available for £4.50 ($5.73) from the central London cafe.
