The roving fan cameras at sports games have brought the world so much joy, and Saturday night was no different.

A little kid stole the spotlight on the JumboTron display, during a game between ice hockey teams the Detroit Red Wings and the Anaheim Ducks in the U.S.

2-year-old Mason, as identified by SB Nation, received rapturous cheers from the crowd every time he appeared on screen.

And when the camera switched to another group of fans, there was only an unforgiving booing from the stadium.

At least, until little Mason appeared back on screen, to rapturous applause.

It went on like this for a while, and the resulting video is the perfect mix of cute and awesome.

Mason even got an honorary first star of the game, otherwise known as "man of the match," from the Detroit Red Wings.

All for working the crowd and being downright adorable. Who said it's not easy being a kid?
