J.K. Rowling has some important 'Harry Potter'-themed parenting advice

LONDON -- Parents, fear not.

For anyone who's been the victim of unforgivable curses administered by small, angry, children, J.K. Rowling has just the ticket.

On Friday, a mother got in touch with Rowling on Twitter to tell the Harry Potter author about her son's use of the Avada Kedavra curse.

It turned out she wasn't the only one, either.


Luckily, Rowling came back on Monday morning with the perfect solution.

Clearly this is a defence that Rowling knows well.

Remember, folks: it's all about those Dobby eyes.
