There were many winners at the 88th Academy Awards on Sunday, but child actor Jacob Tremblay stole the show.

The Room star was a highlight of the evening, from showing off his socks on the red carpet, to get way excited when Star Wars droids took the stage. Although the award show is typically dominated with boring adults, Tremblay was a welcome distraction.
