SAVE 40%: As of Jan. 12, get the Google Nest WiFi Pro for just $499.99 at Amazon. That's a discount of $80.

When it comes to whole home WiFi coverage, a mesh WiFi system may be the upgrade you need to have the most reliable connection possible. That means smoother streaming so you can watch your favorite shows, attend work calls on Zoom, or just enjoy gaming sessions with less lag, especially if you live in a large home. While it's true some mesh WiFi systems can be pricey, there are some great routers in the space that aren't just affordable, but great all-around picks to get you up and running. Right now, that includes one of Google's best contenders.

As of Jan. 12, you can get the Google Nest WiFi Pro at Amazon for just $119.99, down from $199.99. That's a 40% discount and $80 off the original price. This price currently only applies to the off-white Lemongrass color.

This mesh WiFi 6E-enabled router is a sleek-looking, simple to install device that can provide up to 2,200 square feet of coverage. If that isn't enough, you can buy additional units for larger spaces, up to 6,600 square feet.

It's powered by a dual-core ARM processor with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of flash memory as well, with a max speed of 600Mbps. Plus, the router supports WPA3 encryption, MU-MIMO streaming, and 160MHz data transmission. Simply put, it's up to date with all the modern niceties you'd expect from a mesh router, all in a slick package.

If you're looking to establish a mesh router system or add to the one you have, this is an affordable option that should work for just about anyone. It's always a good idea to have better, smoother-running internet, after all.
