Sperry launches 'Jaws' themed footwear, just in time for beach season
Cheers to the real stars of Jaws: The shoes.
The footwear brand Sperry features prominently in the 1975 film, even if many of its wearers end up as shark-chow. It's been almost 41 years since Steven Spielberg ruined beaches for everyone, so Sperry is launching a line of Jaws-themed shoes to honor the film.

The new designs are an apt reminder that Sperry is about more than just boat shoes. The Jaws line comes in a variety of colors (blood red, tooth white and ocean blue) and styles, with small accents like safety whistles and lace holes that look like life preservers. The insides feature the ominous 'NO SWIMMING / HAZARDOUS AREA" signs that indicated a sinister presence in the waters.
The shoes go on sale in May and will sell for $70-$85. Feast your eyes upon more of the designs below:
