Ya can't knock Jay Z's hustle, that's for sure.

The legendary artist who's been dominating the rap game since the '80s just signed a $200 million (!!!) deal renewing his partnership with Live Nation. Sounds pretty solid, except the deal will require him to tour for ten years, while the label produces and promotes his concerts.

Let that sink in: Ten. Years.

Lucky for us the long-term deal means Jay isn't going anywhere anytime soon. But that also means when he's finally released from his musical contract in 20-freaking-27, his life will be a whooooole lottttttt different.

We're not sure if you're fully grasping just how long 10 years is. It's a freaking long time. It's one whole decade ... one-tenth of a century for crying out loud.

To help contextualize what a 10 year deal means, here's what the Carter's world will look like a decade from now when Jay's contract is finally done:

Jay will be 57 years old

IDK if you know this, Jay, but that's only three years away from 60. Just remember, forever young is in your mind.

The Queen will be 45 years old

In reality, Beyoncé is ageless and timeless so this doesn't really matter. But we would just like to note: she still won't be as old as her husband was when he signed the deal.

The royal twins will be 10 years old

Bey's twins will be born! Heck, the twins will be in fifth grade by the time their dad is done touring. Just imagine all the tracks they'll have been featured on in their first decade of life.

Blue Ivy will be a teen

Jay's firstborn will be 15 years old by the time he's done with this Live Nation contract. She'll be ready for a learner's driving permit, she'll be entering high school, she'll be at the height of her teen angst listening to "Ring the Alarm" and her mom's scorching tracks from Lemonade.

Jay. Does. Not. Know. What. He's. In. For.

And speaking of Lemonade...

Lemonade will be celebrating its 11th anniversary

Can you imagine? When Jay's deal is up, 11 years will have passed since the world collectively freaked the hell out and flooded HBO Go with free trial subscriptions to watch Beyoncé's stunning, empowering, rumor-laden visual album.

Thanks for the memories.

"Crazy in Love" will turn 23

The couple's 2003 collab that started it all will be more than two decades old by the time Jay is done touring. Who knows, maybe he'll have release The Blueprint 6 by then.

We can all celebrate the 24th anniversary of Jay's "retirement"

In April 2003, Jay Z told the world he was retiring. LOL good one, Jay.

The iPhone will turn 20

The original iPhone came out in 2007, so buy the time Jay's ready to take a breather he can treat himself to an iPhone 16 or the iPhone Q or something. Hopefully we'll at least have wireless charging by then.

Maybe he and Kanye will be friends again

We're not asking for Watch the Throne 2 but maybe just a chill barbecue or something? Introduce the kids! Remember the good old days!

Trump will no longer be president

Ayeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Jay's deal is literally longer than two presidential terms.

This is all just so Cray Z to imagine.
