10 hairstyles Jimmy Fallon should try that aren't 'ew'
Jimmy Fallon is arguably the best dressed host of late night television. So much so that he's already created a line of pocket squares in collaboration with J.Crew.
But he's far from perfect. At least, that's what grooming expert and celebrity hairstylist Rene Fris thinks. The stylist already took it upon himself to re-do Donald Trump's 'dos back in October. Now he's doing the same for Fallon.

"I personally would love to see his hair very short just to make his face more square and more of an emphasis on his cheekbones," Fris tells Mashable. "It would make him look younger."
Another tip he'd provide the Tonight Show host: "Spike up the hair a little more with a messier style to add some more personality."
"Jimmy is a hot man," Fris says. "We just now need to remember it's the small details that make a big difference."
1. Just Bielieb
The look, Fris says, adds some height on top while incorporating some blonde for a healthy, naturally sunny glow a la Justin Bieber. Fris says it makes him look more youthful while giving him some much needed shine.
2. The Silver Fox
There's another television star who's synonymous with the term, "Silver Fox." Yes, it's Anderson Cooper of the network, CNN. Fris says that if Fallon ever goes silver, this look is certainly classic yet sexy.
3. Groovy, Baby!
It's all about the long, shaggy, just got out of bed look, and this one is perfect. Inspired by The Beatles, Fris says it fits Fallon and his passion for music. "Keep it grooving, Jimmy!" he says.
4. Boyish Charm
Wavy, golden child-like locks? It may not be for everyone, but Fris says that with Fallon's cherub-like face, it's not a stretch. "It's not bad for Jimmy's skin tone," he says.
5. The Nod to the Rod
Whoever allowed Rod Stewart to get away with this look needs to come forth and take credit. Though an absurdly highlighted look, Fris says it could work if Fallon ever aged and needed to fall back on his music. When you're older, supposedly anything goes.
6. K-POP Don't Stop
Want to stand out from the crowd? Look no further than Korean pop. While it's not for everyone, this auburn hair tone could give the 41-year-old an added edge. Though, according to Fris, it will require a lot of maintenance. "Every three weeks to color the dark roots," he orders.
7. Have Mercy
Soft, wavy, finger-in-the-hair curls? This may be a complete winner in our books. To achieve the Jesse Katsopolis-inspired look, all Fallon needs to do is use a curling iron with his hair. Add a little pomade and he's good to go.
8. Something Blue
If ever Jimmy needs a drastic change, blue may very well be the color for him. The shade has been trending on social media and is dark enough to still keep some mystery, Fris says.
9. Superman
Sexy, subtle, subdued. This may be Fris' favorite look. "In another 10 years when he's a little more round in the face, I see Jimmy going with a Superman look." With shorter sides and a little length on top, Fallon looks All-American and will age like a Fine Wine Dad.
10. Curl Power
If Fallon ever wanted to grow out his hair, he should make it into a perm, Fris instructs. "This is my absolute favorite look for Jimmy." And with curls for days, it's playful, cheeky, outrageous: everything we want our late night host to be.
