Not everyone is happy Jimmy Fallon messed with Donald Trump's hair
Donald Trump's hair has been a comedic gold mine for late-night talk show hosts since ... well, pretty much forever.
On Thursday, Jimmy Fallon got to touch it on The Tonight Show.
Fallon asked the Republican presidential nominee -- fresh off visiting Dr. Oz and terrifying a little girl in Flint, Michigan -- if he could touch his hair.
Trump paused, apologized to the people of New Hampshire (where he was headed next), and finally agreed.

And so, Fallon reached out and mussed the candidate's hair, which didn't fly off, come alive, or turn Fallon to dust.
It was a fun, light-hearted moment of television that humanized Trump -- which is exactly what some people weren't happy about.

While Trump seemed like a good sport on the show, he reportedly didn't let members of the press pool photograph his hair afterwards -- perhaps because he kind of looked like a Troll doll.
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will visit The Tonight Show next week. Chances are Fallon will leave her hair alone.
