You have a lot to answer for, J.K.

May 2nd is the anniversary of the infamous Battle of Hogwarts, the teenagers vs. villains climax of the Harry Potter books.

Often on this auspicious day, writer and destroyer of your innocence J.K. Rowling tweets an apology for killing off your beloved characters.

In 2016 it was Lupin.

2017 was Snape, Snape, Severus Snape.

And now *drumroll* it's someone who wasn't actually at the Battle of Hogwarts.

We don't forgive you J.K., not even a little bit. He was a good elf.
