In the middle of the Dallas shooting that left five police officers dead, an ex-congressman threatened "war" against Barack Obama and the Black Lives Matter movement in a deleted tweet.

Joe Walsh, who served as an Illinois congressman for the Republicans from 2011 to 2013, tweeted: “3 Dallas Cops killed, 7 wounded. This is now war. Watch out Obama. Watch out black lives matter punks. Real America is coming after you."

His tweet caused a backlash on Twitter with John Legend claiming that the former congressman should be arrested for threatening the U.S. president.
