Star Wars fans -- take a breather. John Boyega did not just ruin Star Wars: The Last Jedi for you.

The movie is set to hit theaters on Dec. 15, 2017, and fans are understandably excited. However, Boyega, who plays Finn in the films, had to remind his followers that not everything in his life is related to the new film after he sent an innocuous tweet about an upcoming role.

Of course, the majority of Boyega's followers assumed the tweet was a massive Star Wars spoiler, and Twitter promptly freaked out.

Fortunately, Boyega quickly assured fans and followers that the tweet had nothing to do with the upcoming Star Wars installment ...

...but not before Mark Hamill could get in on the fun.

May the spoilers NOT be with you.
