Jose Mourinho plays secretary after reporter's phone rings at worst possible time
Quick. Come here. While no one's looking. Sssshhhh! We're going to let you in on a little secret of the Media Elite.
Most reporters have learned by now that if you're recording an interview with your phone -- and especially if you're recording a full-on press conference -- you should put said device on airplane mode. Otherwise you might end up like this poor soccer reporter.
Jose Mourinho, the most notorious manager in soccer, held a press conference Friday morning. He was in the middle of talking about something or other when every reporter's worst nightmare struck: an incoming call signified by a jaunty ringtone.
Worse yet, the reporter's phone was set on the table in front of Mourinho to record the Manchester United boss's remarks. So what did Mourinho do? He played secretary, answering the call before handing the phone off to the unidentified reporter.

After a disastrous recent stint at Chelsea and a rough start with United, Mourinho seems to have righted the Red Devils' ship. Although he seemed to enjoy himself, he probably shouldn't give up management for a new career as a personal assistant just yet.
