Convicted racist calls judge the c-word, judge responds with c-word
LONDON -- A judge surprised everyone in court by replying back to a defendant who told her she was "a bit of a c*nt" with, "You're a bit of a c*nt yourself."
John Hennigan, 50, was being sentenced to 18 months in prison for his ninth breach of antisocial behaviour in 11 years after he racially abused a black Caribbean mother-of-two.
He was in the dock when he used the offensive word to describe Judge Patricia Lynch QC.

She responded with: "You are a bit of a c*nt yourself. Being offensive to me doesn't help."
Hennigan then told her: "Go fuck yourself" to which she replied: "You too."
The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) said it is investigating the issue after it received complaints.
