It's just over a week until Prime Day officially gets underway, and we're pumped for the discounts to start rolling in. But there's really no need to wait, because a wide range of early deals are already live, including this latest offer on the Oura Ring 3.

As of June 30, the Oura Ring 3 is down to its lowest-ever price, now $199. This saves you $50 on the list price.

Smart rings are a fantastic tracking device that allow us to monitor our health stats from our finger, and Oura is one of the biggest names in this field. A tracker that provides overall well-being and recovery stats, it allows users to access their data via an app. Similar to some of our favorite smartwatches, but hidden away in a sleek, normal-looking ring.

The Oura Ring 3 is perfect for sleep tracking, heart monitoring, and checking activity levels. It can even record your body temperature and heart rate variability (HRV). It is also HSA and FSA ELIGIBLE, with funds accepted for the ring and any additional chargers.

It is worth noting that after a month of free access to an Oura Membership, a subscription fee of $5.99 per month is required.

Get it from Amazon before Prime Day.
