Belieb it or not, a whopping 100 million people follow Justin Bieber on Twitter.

As of Thursday morning the 23-year-old singer and teen heartthrob hit the impressive milestone and was promptly congratulated by his pal, the official Twitter Music account.

Tweeting "In each other's company since tweet number one," Twitter congratulated Biebs on the notable accomplishment with a video montage of photos set to his hot new summer single, "Friends."

Back in August Justin announced the cancellation of his Purpose World Tour, explaining to fans he wants to focus on being "sustainable" in his career, but clearly his lack of stage presence hasn't stopped Bieber from gaining Twitter followers.

If you too feel the need to celebrate Justin's big news, you're in luck. Simply use the congratulatory hashtag #100MBeliebers to unlock a special little sad-looking emoji of Justin's face.
