Everyone needs to hear Justin Timberlake's inclusive iHeartRadio Music Awards speech

Plus, he managed to slip a f-bomb in there too...

Sunday night at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Justin Timberlake admitted that he feels old sometimes—and when most old folks have something to say, sometimes it's best to listen.

The singer won the award for Song of the Year for "Can't Stop The Feeling," and in his acceptance speech, Timberlake gave the usual acknowledgement for the other nominees and those behind the winning song before sharing an inspiring message with the young faces in the crowd and watching at home.

"I wrote this song because I wanted it to be about inclusion, about love, about being together," he said. "I guess I want to take this opportunity to speak to young people right now, 'cause there's a lot of you looking at me."

"If you are black or brown or gay or lesbian or you are trans, or maybe you're just a sissy singing boy from Tennessee, anyone that's treating you unkindly—it's only because they are afraid, or have been taught to be afraid of how important you are," Timberlake explained.

"Because being different means you make the difference," he said, before dropping a censored "f*ck 'em."

Cheers to that.
