Kanye West says Justin Bieber hit was his "favorite song of 2015"

Just when you thought West's Twitter had finally gone to sleep, the retweets start pouring in.

Kanye West -- beloved by teen girls, teen boys, and multimillionaire hip-hop moguls.

West has been relatively silent on Twitter for, say, the past 24 hours. Then, at 1:36 EST today, West woke people up from their sweet pop culture slumber with a brazen new tweet. Justin Bieber's hit,"What Do You Mean" was his favorite song of 2015.

What do you mean, Kanye?

While Bieber's music was once snubbed by those with more "sophisticated" pop music tastes, his latest tracks have become increasingly mature and complex. His work, though lampooned, has received high marks from certain esteemed music journalists across the globe, as well as myself.  

In 2015, West even assisted Bieber in producing the album.

"'I've been in the studio with [Kanye] for the past month or so. He just pushes you," Bieber told Ryan Seacrest

The blonde-haired baby boy of tween dreams has now grown up to become the blond-haired baby boy of adult fantasies. 

Finally, Kanye is standing on the sorta right side of history.
