Kanye West dropped a surprise new track titled "Champions" on LA hip-hop radio station 92.3 FM. He announced the release Friday morning with a quick tweet, urging everyone to listen to the first single from upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album Cruel Winter, the sequel to Cruel Summer.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
The song features a heavy row of rap stars, including Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Travis Scott, Quavo, Desiigner and Yo Gotti. Radio host Big Boy says West referred to them as the "avengers of rap."
Yeezus' verse kicks off the track, lyrics immediately referencing his famously unfiltered mouth and Twitter presence ("I'm about to hit the 'Ye button/I don't want to say nothing/but it'd be wrong if I ain't say nothing").
Also, that $53 million debt he had is over.
"And I'm fresh out of debt in this motherf*cker," he gleefully raps. "And they still ain't ready yet for a motherf*cker!"
