In November 2016, Kanye West cancelled a slew of tour dates after reports surfaced that he'd been hospitalized.
On Saturday night, nearly a year after those headlines dominated the news, the Chicago native took the stage alongside longtime collaborator Kid Cudi for the first time since 2016—and people went absolutely wild.
