Kanye West is very optimistic about the future — a future that apparently includes floating libertarian cities, blood boys, Donald Trump, and none other than Facebook board member and second-rate Bond villain Peter Thiel.

In a flurry of Wednesday afternoon tweets, noted Trump supporter Kanye dropped a series of MAGA-themed missives on an unprepared world and shouted out his desire to meet with "Peter Teal."

"I'm so happy to hear that Peter Teal would like to take a meeting," read the tweet. "I feel very optimistic about the future."

West quickly deleted the tweet, and kicked out a new one, free of the misspelling.

Thiel is of course known for, among other things, secretly bankrolling a lawsuit that led to the death of Gawker.com and reportedly investing in a company running unauthorized herpes vaccine trials.

It is not clear why West would want to meet with Thiel, other than the fact that they are both egotistical maniacs who believe they're the center of the universe.

Together, they'll surely do great things.
