Kanye West is taking the "living breathing changing creative expression" that is The Life of Pablo on tour at the end of the summer, according to Kanye West.

In an interview with the Steve Harvey Morning Show on Tuesday, the rapper said he's planning to hit the road in September in support of his seventh studio album.

"You know my tour game is strong," he told Harvey. "My tour game is unprecedented. So we're going to go out in September I believe, and we're just working on some of the ideas right now. But as I said before, I'm trying to literally inspire these kids the way Disney inspired me when I saw the original Star Wars."

Yeezy also said he was very, very, very sorry about the infamous Twitter spree against Wiz Khalifa in which he suggested that he owned the Pittsburgh rapper's children.

"I've talked to Wiz, Amber's talked to Kim. I just want to really stress the amount of respect I have for parents and that there is no concept of anyone owning someone else's child... every day I actually feel more deeply, deeply, deeply apologetic about that concept because I only want to put out positive, positive, positive comments."

Earlier in the conversation, Kanye clarified that his more erratic behavior is a result of an effort to "reach my full potential."

"Any time y'all ever heard me scream or jump up and down or whatever it was, it's because I wanted to bring the people something to a higher potential than what the powers -- that control the money, control the image, control the media, control the perception -- wanted me to."
