It's time to get excited, Katy Perry fans: a new album and a new tour are both officially on the way.

"With Witness, Katy reflects on the changes in her own life and in the world around her, delivering songs that both challenge and inspire," reads a post on her website.
The album will be released on 9 June, and the tour begins on 7 September. Pre-sale ticket registration is open on Perry's site.
