Update, September 28, 2017, 4:20 PM: Kim Kardashian West confirmed that the couple is expecting in a preview for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Another Kimye baby is (reportedly) on its way.

Per TMZ, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West will welcome a third child via a surrogate in early 2018. The couple have two children-- North, born in June 2013, and Saint, born in December 2015.

Kim's previous pregnancies have been difficult -- she has a high-risk condition called placenta accreta -- and are an oft-discussed topic on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, as are her concerns regarding surrogacy.

In the season 13 finale, Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian considers serving as a Kimye's surrogate, but ultimately decides she's not up for it.

According to TMZ's report, Kimye's third child is due in January.
