France's Kylian Mbappé, 19, has become the youngest player in six decades to score during a World Cup final, according to ESPN. (In 1958, Pele scored two goals against Sweden at the age of 17.)

That's right, folks. Mbappé is 19 years old, which means he was born in 1998. And he's inspiring both awe and mild existential crises in many World Cup viewers.

Anyway, if you're over 19, now is either a great time or the worst time to think about what you were doing in your late teen years. I'll tell you this much: I was certainly not winning the World Cup.
