Lady Gaga to film 'Star is Born' movie scenes at Coachella
Where are stars born? Coachella, of course.
Lady Gaga headlined the music festival Saturday night and now will be shooting parts of her upcoming movie, A Star is Born, there this week. Director Bradley Cooper (yes, that one) will film on Tuesday and Wednesday, with ticket proceeds going to Gaga's charity, Born This Way.
A Star is Born -- a big-screen story made and remade in 1937, 1954, and 1976 -- follows a talented ingénue (Gaga) and her foray into big-time show business with all its promise and its peril.
Coachella attendees at the concert should wear attire fitting of a country concert, such as denim, cowboy boots, and hats, per a release.
