Larry David's Bernie Sanders made his triumphant return to Saturday Night Live (again) last night.

As part of the show's cold open, David interrupted a speech by Donald Trump and Ben Carson (Darrell Hammond and Jay Pharoah) to speak about Sanders' surprise Michigan win. For much of the speech, David's Sanders repeatedly apologized for his supporters.

"I want to thank everyone for voting for me and apologize to everyone else for making your Facebook feeds so, so annoying," David said. "I mean, I love my supporters, but they're too much, right? I'm great but I'm not 5 posts a day great. With all due respect to my supporters, get a life."

David then addressed the lack of diversity in Sanders' corner -- the senator trails Hillary Clinton with minority voters.

"My message is resonating with a very diverse group of white people... I've got supporters of all ages: 18-year-olds, 19-year-olds... eh, that's it."

Welcome back, Larry David. Please come again soon.
